cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, you'll receive a text and email reminder 48 hours before your next appointment.
We're a small, dedicated team — often with waiting lists — which means your appointment slot is reserved just for you and can't easily be offered to someone else at short notice. We'd much rather you enjoy our service than pay a fee, so please give us as much notice as possible if you can't make it.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total consult fee, charged prior to your next appointment.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee.
Unwell? No problem — if you're sick and need to reschedule, you will never be charged a late cancellation fee. Just let us know as early as you can.
