Brayden Stevenson
BSc(ClinSc) MHSc(Osteo)
Registered Osteopath
Brayden grew up in Sassafras, in North-West Tasmania. This peaceful lifestyle led to Brayden growing up entertaining himself, always walking around with a football in hand and listening to music. Unfortunately, injuries did accompany this love of sport, which initiated Brayden’s desire to pursue a career in healthcare. As there weren't any Osteopath’s in North-Western Tasmania, it wasn’t until Brayden moved to Victoria that he learned about Osteopathy and knew that's what he wanted to be!
Brayden has been working in Melbourne since graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopath), where he gained valuable experience treating an array of conditions from all different age groups. Brayden has also worked within community sporting programs within local football teams providing treatment, rehabilitation programs and exercise advice.
Brayden is still a laid-back sports fanatic, who still loves his music and a good coffee.
During the COVID lockdowns in Melbourne, Brayden really missed being able to visit his family and friends in Tasmania. It also made him realise how much he loves Tasmania and not to take for granted the fantastic things our great state has to offer.
Brayden is looking forward to starting the next phase of his life back in Tasmania and joining the team at Bodyfocus.
