PRIVATE 1:1

A workout tailored to you.  On your first visit your mobility, flexibility and posture will be assessed and we program a session specific to your own personal goals, needs and ability. For people in pain or have significant immobility the private session is where you need to start. We also recommend it for people who are new to Pilates, to develop confidence in their ability so they can go on and enjoy our other group classes.  It will provide you with a great introduction to the Pilates Method and all the equipment in our studio.  As each session progresses you will be shown more enhanced techniques and apparatus.

STUDIO / SEMI-PRIVATE (max 3 people)

After you have completed  a 1:1 you are able to move across into this class.  The studio class is essentially a 1:1 but with 2 other people. It adds a great atmosphere to your workout. Individual programs, use all the apparatus and be closely instructed. We recommend it for those who have reached a certian ability so you wont feel you get any less supervision.  In a Pilates Studio/Semi-Private class you will work across the various pieces of Pilates apparatus, from the Reformer, the Trapeze, EXO Chair, Pilates Arc, the Mat as well as using other accessories and props.

GROUP CLASSES (max 5 people)

Group classes are a fun way to get started if you have no injuries. We strongly recommend Private 1:1 or Studio Sessions for those clients who have limitations from a current injury or pain, as these classes are not tailored to each individual’s, and everyone in the class will perform the same exercises. There are varying levels of classes to cater for the beginner through to the advanced client. Our boutique studio offers small enough class sizes so you will still receive attentive supervision from your instructor to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from your session. BEGINNERS REFORMER PILATES COURSE (MAX 5 PEOPLE)

If you have not tried reformer Pilates before, and do NOT suffer from any injury or pain, we have designed the perfect introduction to Pilates course for you. With a maximum of 5 people, you will still get the attention you require to learn how to do Pilates with correct technique.  So important for injury prevention and feeling and seeing a difference. The level “beginners” doesn’t just relate to level of fitness. Our Beginners Course is suitable for people who have been recommended by Osteopaths, Medical Practitioners and Physiotherapists to practice Pilates. NOTE: This class is not appropriate if you are pregnant. Please read about our BUMP Pregnancy Pilates class.

MUMMAS & BUBBAS REFORMER POST-NATAL COURSE (MAX 5 PEOPLE)

Recommended once you have had your post natal check and got the all clear from your GP or Obstetrician to begin exercise, generally after 6 weeks. This course is a structured 8wk course, which has been carefully designed to progress women confidently throughout their post-natal recovery from natural and caesarean births. The focus is on restoring your deep abdominal muscles, pelvic tone and strength. It will also help those who experience neck and shoulder tightness, lower back pain, separation of their abdominal muscles and pelvic floor weakness and, you can bring along your new baby! Pilates is the perfect exercise to ‘get your body back’ and create the strong foundation you need for being a busy mum!
